Join a community of neurodiverse women, embracing radical self-acceptance, yoga, wellbeing, and authentic self-expression.
At The Feisty Brain, we support women with ADHD, AuDHD, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm in embracing who they are — fully and without apology.
We believe in the power of self-compassion, authenticity, and community.
We don't need fixin' — we need space to breathe, tools that meet us where we are, and people who get it.
This is a space where your uniqueness is seen, respected, and celebrated.
We take a holistic approach to wellness — one that honors your mind, body, and spirit without expecting perfection.
Tools like gentle yoga and tiny, consistent practices can support real change — not by fixing you, but by helping you feel more grounded, more present, and more at home in yourself. Even five minutes of practice a day can be enough.
We offer a range of services designed to support and empower women with neurodiversity and anxiety.
Community: Join our growing community by becoming part of our Facebook group, where you’ll find connection, support, and encouragement from like-minded women. A private membership is in development that will incorporate community, yoga, and coaching support all in one!
Coaching: Personalized coaching for neurodiverse women reclaiming authenticity, building radical self-acceptance, and wishing to create structures that support peace, presence, and stability in everyday life. ADHD coaching is also available for women partnered with ND spouses or mothers of ND children, and ND teens.
Yoga: Access free content on the YouTube channel and website, or coming soon, deepen your practice and community connection within our membership or our occasional workshops tailored for neurodiverse women.
Shop: Explore our shop for fun, quirky, and affirmative gear that celebrates neurodiversity, yoga, and self-expression!
I, too, hate inbox clutter. No spam. No pressure. Just the occasional email when I’ve got something genuinely helpful, supportive, or a little feisty to share. Think: new blog posts, free yoga, tiny habits, ND-friendly tools, or brain-soothing tidbits.
