Yoga has been one of the most steadying forces in my life—particularly for my neurodivergent, constantly active brain and quickly shifting inner world. Research shows that even short, consistent practices can improve focus, reduce anxiety, and support nervous system regulation—and that’s exactly what these sessions are designed to do.
In this video, I share a bit about my own journey with yoga, how it slowly helped quiet my very busy brain, and why I created The Feisty Brain—a space especially for women navigating ADHD, AuDHD, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, or just feeling overstimulated by life. This is my first ever video - so please excuse the lack of mic and professional editing!
